Our classes utilize a proven and refined flow, but you’ll never experience the same class twice. The music and the exercises change frequently, but you will be able to strengthen and tighten your muscles. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by light weight work, and then you’ll transition to the barre to target your core, thighs, seat, and arms. You will leave each class feeling re-energized and motivated for the next workout.

We offer Pure Foundations, which is a great starting point that teaches you the basics and focuses on our techniques.
