If you’re looking for a workout that will tone your body, relax your mind, and surround you with a supportive community, come visit Pure Barre! Our studio in New Albany, Indiana offers group exercise classes in a positive and fun environment. We are conveniently located right off Interstate 265 on Charlestown Road next to Tomo and across the street from Northside Christian Church. Come lift, tone, and burn your way to a healthier body!

Pure Barre focuses on muscle development by incorporating aspects of Pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work all at the barre. Through isometric exercises and small, controlled movements you will be able to tighten and tone the core, arms, thighs, and seat. You will be motivated throughout the class by our upbeat music, and along with our exercises, change frequently so that you will always have a new workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

You will be led by one of our motivating Pure Barre teachers. They will provide you with guidance on your form throughout class to ensure you are getting the safest and most intense workout. They also encourage you to challenge yourself so that you can reach your full potential. Your teacher will also help you with any questions you may have, and will make you feel confident in your ability to grow stronger, leaner, and more balanced.

We welcome people of all fitness levels to join our Pure Barre classes! Whether you are just beginning your journey with fitness, or you are considered a seasoned athlete, you will find our workouts beneficial. Along with our classics, we also offer specialty classes that help beginners to focus on improving form in a small group setting. We also offer a cardio-intensive class that incorporates cross-training to elevate your heart rate.
