Our classic Pure Barre course is efficient, and it hits all the concern areas on the body. It's easy to sink into a groove at Pure Barre because our classes always follow the same structure. You'll begin with your classmates in the center of the studio for a warmup before pulling out light weights to tone up your arms. Then, you'll head to the barre for the hips, seat, thighs, and legs routine. We always end classes with ab workouts and lengthening stretches to avoid bulking. While the structure remains familiar, the exercises will change from class to class to keep you challenged.
Our trainers will treat you to uplifting music while inspiring you to get the most out of the day's class. We also work very hard to create an environment of inclusion where men and women are able to be themselves, work hard, and make friends. That's what makes us a great fitness studio.
The Pure Barre class is low in impact but high in intensity while being perfect for any fitness level. You'll just challenge yourself to perform all the movements you can handle.
