Our Pure Barre studio serves Ft. Wright, Kentucky, providing an invigorating, challenging and low-impact workout that strengthens and tones the body.
The flow of our Pure Barre workouts is the same, but the music and exercises vary from one session to the next to keep things fresh and exciting. Each Pure Barre class begins with stretches. Then, you'll lift some weights and move to the barre to tone your thighs, core and seat. We conclude with more stretches and a cooldown. Our overall style is one that tones and strengthens your muscles and helps you to achieve a better posture.
Our teachers are proud to help people achieve their fitness goals. We aim to make every session fun and inspirational. Your teachers will help you learn the correct forms of our movements, so you can make the most of your time with us. Our classic Pure Barre classes are efficient and effective ways to get visible results.
We welcome people of all fitness levels. The low-impact nature of our workouts is great for beginners, while the fast pace and intensity are ideal for intermediate and experienced athletes who are seeking a more challenging workout.
Our Pure Barre studio in Ft. Wright, Kentucky, offers a free week of classes to anyone who wants to try it out! Our Ft. Wright studio is located next to Jet's Pizza. Our studio is also conveniently located for residents of Blue Ash, West Chester, Loveland and Liberty. People who live in Ft. Mitchell, Edgewood, Park Hills and Villa Hills are also welcome at Pure Barre.
