When you're ready to meet an inspirational community of people, join us at our Pure Barre studios serving Ft. Wright and Mason, Kentucky. Our locations provide an invigorating, challenging and low-impact workout that strengthens and tones the body. Our Ft. Wright studio is located next to Jet's Pizza while our Mason studio is behind Whole Foods. Our studios also serve the residents of Blue Ash, West Chester, Loveland and Liberty. People who live in Ft. Mitchell, Edgewood, Park Hills and Villa Hills are also welcome at Pure Barre.
The flow of our Pure Barre workouts is the same, but the music and exercises vary from one session to the next. Our sessions begin with stretches. Then, you'll lift some weights and move to the barre to tone your thighs, abdomen and seat. We conclude with more stretches and a cooldown. Our overall style is one that tones and strengthens your muscles and helps you to achieve a better posture.
Our instructors are proud to help people set and achieve fitness goals. We aim to make every session fun and inspirational. The trainers are able to assist you with the form of an exercise in order to make the most of your time with us.
