The minimum age to take class at Pure Barre Bethesda is age 16. If you are pregnant, please bring a note from your doctor, clearing you for barre exercise, before your first class.

Those who live or work in Bethesda, MD have the chance to experience high intensity, low impact workouts at our Bethesda Pure Barre studio. We are convenient to several neighborhoods, including Chevy Chase, Kenwood, Friendship Heights, Westboro, and North Bethesda.

Our central location in the Shoppes of Bethesda shopping center off of Hampden Lane makes us an easy place to find. Just look for us above Soul Cycle on Elm Street! Our classes are designed to fit into your busy life.

A Pure Barre workout focuses on building your arm, leg, and core muscles for improved fitness and a stronger, more toned body. You will go through various exercises, such as lifts and squats, that will lengthen your muscles and increase your strength. You can push your muscles to fatigue in every Pure Barre workout and still come out feeling energized.

Our teachers are more than willing to help you get acclimated to Pure Barre, and can provide the guidance and encouragement you need to go further on your life-changing journey to fitness. We offer a number of specialized classes, including Breaking Down the Barre or Pure Foundations for beginners. Our intensives provide a monthly challenge with a focus on a particular muscle group.

We are open to people at all fitness levels and offer modified workouts to meet your individual needs. Beyond our comprehensive exercise routine, you'll also get access to a friendly community filled with people like you who are working to get into their best shape.
