At Pure Barre in Baltimore, Maryland, we provide workouts that build the body and clear the mind. Our studio is safe and inviting, and our classes will challenge you while being low-impact to your joints. We welcome all individuals in Hampden, Guilford, Roland Park, and Charles Village to come and experience Pure Barre today!

Pure Barre is an effective and efficient workout. With the implementation of the ballet barre, you will be able to sculpt and tone your body. We begin each of our classes with a few warmups to loosen the muscles and focus the mind. We incorporate isometric exercises that will build your arms, core, thighs, and seat. Before class ends, we cooldown with stretches to ensure long and lean muscles. The flow of each class remains constant, but we regularly swap exercises and the music to keep things different from class-to-class to ensure you’re always challenged.

Our teachers will encourage you to try your best and reach your full potential. They will provide a supportive community and motivational tips on our techniques. Our studio also offers classes such as Breaking Down the Barre and Pure Barre Foundations for beginners to feel comfortable learning about our techniques.
