At Pure Barre, we offer group exercise classes that will challenge you to push yourself to reach your full potential. Our studio in St. Louis Park, MN, is located in the retail space under the Hoigaard Village Apartments next to Topper's Pizza and Mama's Happy. We have classes available for people in Wayzata, Woodland Hopkins, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Golden Valley, Minneapolis, Northeast, Crystal, Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center. Our workouts will help you to tighten and tone your body.
At Pure Barre, our workouts are designed to isolate your muscle groups while your mind relaxes from the worries of the world. We always begin our classes with warmups so everyone is properly prepared mentally and physically for the workout ahead. We tone our arms using light free weights followed by isometric exercises for the thighs and seat at the ballet barre. We move to core exercises on the floor before cooling down.
Your Pure Barre teachers are motivated individuals who will lead you through the techniques and encourage you along the way. They provide you with guidance on our form, and offer modifications if necessary. They will always provide you with ways to challenge yourself if you are looking to take your workout to the next level.
