Our Pure Barre studio in Clemmons, North Carolina offers a high intensity, low impact workout that is safe and effective for people of all fitness levels. Our modern and clean studio is located in the Town Center shopping area with plenty of parking. We also invite people from Bermuda Run, Lewisville, or Mocksville to join our empowering workouts.
Pure Barre is a group exercise workout that incorporates the ballet barre to focus on muscle development. Each workout begins with a few warmups to prepare your body and mind. We then move into isometric exercises using resistance and body weight to tone and tighten the abs, arms, seat, and thighs. These challenging workouts will help you to build strength, increase endurance, and improve flexibility. We always end class with a cool down, to stretch and lengthen your muscles. Although the structure of the class is always the same, the exercises and upbeat music frequently change.
Our motivational teachers will coach you through each Pure Barre class. They provide an energizing and inviting environment, and guidance on our techniques. They will challenge you to become the best version of yourself. Along with our classics, our studio also offers classes for beginners to learn our movements in a small group setting. We also provide cardio-centric classes for our members looking for an intense way to elevate their heart rate.
