about our location

Our Pure Barre studio is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, between The Fresh Market and BJ’s Wholesale. We give individuals in the Raleigh area, including the suburbs of Southern Pines and Pinehurst, access to one of the most popular and fastest growing workout programs in the country. Our routines use a classic ballet barre to promote balance and strength as you practice effective full-body moves.

Each of our workouts follows the same format. You will begin with a safe warmup to get the blood flowing to your muscles. You will then be led through arm work with light weights, thigh work, seat work and core work before cooling down with stretches that help keep your muscles limber. We ensure each class stays interesting by using new moves and playing exciting music to engage the mind and keep your body moving.

Our instructors have plenty of experience leading classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced students. They can offer modifications during any class to help you if you do not have the strength or endurance for a move. If you want a bit more of an adrenaline rush, try our once-daily Empower class, which features high-intensity interval training. If you are a beginner, sign up for our weekly Breaking Down the Barre class to learn foundational moves.

We welcome people who are interested in joining a community that is dedicated to full-body toning. Our classes are great for individuals of all fitness and health levels because we use low-impact moves based on yoga and Pilates.
