It's easy to get into a comfortable groove with our scientifically proven exercise techniques -- but we vary up the energizing music and the movements, so it’s never the same class twice! Classes always begin with a warm up in the middle of the room on the floor. Then, we use the light weights to tone the arm muscles. The class moves to the barre for slow yet engaging leg movements to tone the seat, thighs, and lower core. Ab work then takes place on the floor before a brief cooldown session of stretches that help improve flexibility.
What sets us ahead of the pack is our teachers, who are educated on Pure Barre techniques and know how to to uplift and motivate you. Our leaders help put you into the right frame of mind so that you can focus on the class while shutting out the outside world. Some say our workouts have the added benefit of a meditation session!
