We're conveniently located for people in Montvale, Saddle River, and Woodcliff Lake. Our efficient workout routine makes us a great choice for busy women.
You'll soon fall into a familiar routine with our workouts. Although the structure always stays the same, the exercises that make up each class will change to keep you challenged. Class always begins on the floor with a group warm-up before we begin to use light weights to tone the arms. We then head to the barre for our legs and seat workout. We always tone abs before cooling down together to conclude class. It's a convenient and challenging workout.
