Our incredibly efficient workouts fit nicely into a busy schedule, and our convenient location makes getting in and out a breeze. You can find our free parking lot in the Millburn Common on Millburn Ave next to Subway Salon. It's the perfect location for residents of Short Hills, Summit, Maplewood, South Orange, Newark, Union, Chatham, Madison, and Livingston.
You will soon fall into a routine with our workouts. We always kick things off in the middle of the studio with the group warmup before working our arms with light weights. We then head over to the barre to work our legs and seats before hitting the ground for the core routine. We always end with a group cooldown. The flow of the class remains constant, but the exercises and music change daily so that things don’t get stale.
