A Pure Barre class gives your entire body a workout. We begin with stretches and move into weightlifting exercises. Most of the session is spent at the ballet barre where the class performs isometric exercises that work individual muscles in the thighs, seat, and calves. Then the action moves to the center of the studio, where the class does abdominal exercises before finishing with stretches and a cooldown. We change up the exercises and the upbeat, energizing music from class to class to keep things fun and fresh!
At our fitness studio, our teachers take pride in helping you level up in your fitness abilities and build self-confidence. They can help you work toward your fitness objectives, providing encouragement and tips about how to master a Pure Barre movement or how to maintain good posture.
