Each Pure Barre class follows a basic format. The instructor will start with a warmup, which prepares the body for the exercises to follow. Then, the class will move onto weighted arm exercises followed by classic barre training. After the barre portion of the class, students work on their abdominal muscles with a series of core exercises. Each class ends with a soothing cooldown, which leaves students feeling relaxed, invigorated, and ready to face life head on. Over the course of the class, you'll get a low-impact, full-body workout.
Students who don't have dance training don't have to worry about falling behind in Pure Barre classes. Thanks to our helpful trainers, you'll receive the instruction you need to improve.
