In just 55 minutes, you will achieve a total body workout targeted at the areas of the body women struggle with most:  seat, hips, thighs, abs, and arms. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean, and strong physique. Pure Barre is truly the fastest, most effective way to change the shape of your body, producing results in as few as 10 classes! Pure Barre brings national fitness craze to its newest location in The Sands Shopping Center in Oceanside, NY.

Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective way to transform your body. This intense, non-impact workout, utilizes small isometric movements done at the ballet barre set to motivating music and promises to lift your seat, tone your body and burn fat.

Skills, Experience & Qualities needed for this role:
* Active lifestyle, already living and breathing a health-centered life both physically and mentally.
* Passionate about people and fitness
* An enthusiastic and outgoing personality
* Strong background in dance, fitness or cheerleading but not required
* Be able to deliver the Pure Barre technique consistently and effectively (don't worry-we will provide your technique training!)
* Ability to travel to and from the studio
* Available to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week and take a minimum of 2 classes per week
* A schedule that allows for flexibility

We require that all instructors complete a 4-day training at our corporate training center. Travel and training costs are fully reimbursed upon successful completion of the 4-day training.  Training is currently scheduled for December 5th - 8th.
