Get in the best shape of your life with Pure Barre! We're located in Syracuse, New York, in the plaza to the right of Wegman's Grocery Store Dewitt. We offer classes to DeWitt and the surrounding areas. Our fun, engaging classes and spacious facilities provide a welcoming space for busy moms, active students, hard-charging professionals, and others who want to take time for themselves and support one another as they grow fitter and stronger.
Each Pure Barre class is a transformational 55 minutes that begins with a gentle warmup on the floor. After the warmup, you'll start working your arm muscles with light weights. After we're revved up, we'll move to the barre for some thigh and seat work, focusing on small movements to really target your deep muscles. Once we've worked those glutes and hamstrings, you'll do some ab work followed by a cool down. The flow of class is always the same, but the music and exercises are always changing to ensure you stay challenged.
Pure Barre classes are led by enthusiastic teachers who are there to guide, encourage and challenge you. They provide hands-on attention with a strong focus on form. Our workouts are the fastest and safest way to tone and tighten your body. Once a week, we offer Pure Foundations, a class designed for those new to the Pure Barre experience. We also offer Intensive classes for all clients. These focus on one major body part while incorporating the whole body into the movements.
Our Pure Barre location welcomes athletes of all fitness levels. The Pure Barre workout is safe and effective, protecting your joints while delivering maximum results.
