You'll notice that elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga are all part of an energizing workout that is safe and easy enough for absolute beginners, but can be modified to challenge even experienced athletes.
Each Pure Barre class begins with a thorough warmup, after which we move on to squats and bends at the ballet barre. Next you’ll work your abdominals with exercises that strengthen and sculpt your core muscles. A cooldown completes the workout, and you’ll leave the studio feeling tight and toned across all your major muscle groups.
