Pure Barre is a simple yet effective exercise class that focuses on muscle development. We begin each class with a warmup, before moving into isometric exercises at the ballet barre. These body weight resistance exercises are designed to specifically target and tone your arms, abs, thighs, and seat. Our classes are paired with upbeat music to provide an energizing and empowering environment to sculpt your muscles.
One of our motivational teachers will coach you through each Pure Barre class, and offer guidance on our techniques and form. They are passionate about helping you go above and beyond your fitness goals, and want to challenge you to be the best version of yourself. Along with our classic Pure Barre classes, we also offer workouts to introduce beginners to our movements in a small group setting, and also cardio-centric, intensive classes.
