Advance in your journey toward fitness when you take our Pure Barre classes in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our Bridgetown Pure Barre center is easy to get to because it is located just off of the interstate and next to Meijer and Lowe's. We offer workouts in a safe, inspiring, and modern fitness studio. In addition to being convenient for Cincinnati residents, our location is also ideal for people who commute to or live in Dent, Bridgetown, or Bridgetown North. We inspire community and friendliness during all of our workouts.
Our sessions begin with stretches to make your muscles limber. You'll do a series of weight lifting exercises for building strength and endurance in your upper body. The barre is where the action is during our workouts! You'll have the opportunity to challenge those troublesome areas of the belly, hips, buttocks, and thighs. We keep you moving through a series of abdominal exercises, and we'll finish off with some cooldown stretches.
We have a team of instructors who are prepared to help you set and achieve goals for strength or weight loss. The instructors encourage you to do your best and offer motivational tips to help you progress. Our location features Pure Barre Classic and Pure Foundations classes. The Pure Foundations workout is an ideal introduction to the basics of what we do.
People of all fitness levels can join us. No athletic skills are required in order to reap the benefits of our workouts. If you are an athlete, you'll build endurance and strength whereas beginners and intermediate athletes enjoy rapid and visible results.
