The Pure Barre experience revolves around the use of the ballet barre. We incorporate isometric exercises to increase flexibility and build strength. Each of our classes begin with a warmup to prepare your mind and body, then move to exercises that will target and tighten your arms, thighs, seat, and core. You will be able to feel your body grow stronger while performing body weight and resistance exercises.
One of our motivational teachers will coach you through the Pure Barre workout. They provide a community that is inviting and comforting. They will encourage you to reach your full workout potential each class, and will guide you through any questions you may have about technique. Each Pure Barre studio also offers specialty classes such as Pure Barre Foundations and Breaking Down the Barre for beginners to learn more about our methods and techniques.
