Our Pure Barre class will begin with a warm up at the center of the room before getting your arms going with light weight exercises. At the barre, we'll work with your thighs and your seat for maximum toning and strengthening. Before you cool down for the day, we'll do a group of ab exercises to work your core area. We'll always keep our flow and focus on these areas of the body but change the music and specific exercises to ensure that class is always a new experience.
Every class is led by a Pure Barre trainer who is committed to the method and to providing coaching and guidance to help you reach your full fitness potential.
