The minimum age to take class at Pure Barre Columbus - New Albany is age 16. If you are pregnant, please bring a note from your doctor, clearing you for barre exercise, before your first class.

At Pure Barre in New Albany, Ohio, we are a supportive community that understands what others need. We offer total-body workouts that are efficient and effective. Our location is easy to get to and is situated in the Market Street Square, which is close to the library, coffee shops, and restaurants. Our workouts are ideal for anyone living or working in the area who wants to jump-start his or her metabolism. This location is also convenient to people living or working in Gahanna, Granville, Blacklick, and Westerville.

Our workout will get your entire body moving. We start with a series of warmup stretches that are followed by weightlifting. The majority of the session takes place at the ballet barre. You will perform a series of isometric exercises that are low in impact. These exercises will challenge your hips, thighs, and buttocks. The workout continues with abdominal exercises to tone the tummy, and it concludes with more stretches. We swap out the exercises and change up the music for an engaging experience during each session.

Our instructors will help you set a personal fitness goal. They'll encourage you to do your best, and they offer motivation and support. To complement our classic class, we offer Pure Barre Platform. This is an intensive cardiovascular workout that involves high-intensity bursts of interval exercises to boost your heart rate.

We support and welcome anyone who wants to join us. No fitness experience is required. Beginners will quickly notice results while intermediate athletes enjoy the variety and pace. Athletes gain strength and endurance through our sessions.
