When you desire a full-body workout at a place that also provides you with a supportive community, our Pure Barre studio in Youngstown, Ohio, is a wise choice. Our modern facility offers safe and effective workouts that help you burn calories and build confidence. We're located at Huntington Place in Boardman, and we also serve the Canfield and Poland areas. Our efficient workouts are ideal for working professionals, students, stay-at-home parents and anyone else who wants to get fit.
We'll start off each workout with stretches and progress to some weightlifting for strengthening your shoulders, back and arms. Next up is the ballet barre. At the barre, you will perform a variety of exercises that tighten and tone your seat, hips, waist and thighs. We'll continue with abdominal exercises to tone and trim the tummy, followed by more stretches. We change the music from one session to the next so that no two workouts are alike!
The teachers at our location are there to encourage and guide you through the session. They are able to help you with posture and form for an exercise that is new to you. Our studio also offers Pure Foundations, a class that is ideal for beginners. If you need a change of pace, we offer Pure Platform. This is an intensive cardio class that complements our traditional workouts.
All people are welcome at our studio. Beginners and intermediate athletes see fast results from our workouts. People who are experienced athletes gain strength and endurance. No athletic skills are needed to benefit from our sessions.
