When you come to a Pure Barre class, the first thing we do is a group warm-up to wake up your mind and muscles. We then grab our light free weights to focus on arm muscle definition before moving to the ballet barre. There, we focus on thigh and seat work before moving back to the floor to work on strengthening our core. We always end class with a cooldown and stretching to promote flexibility and long muscles. We pair our classes with fun and upbeat music, leaving you feeling refreshed and re-energized.
Our Pure Barre teachers are positive and encouraging individuals. They offer exercise modifications for those with injuries, or challenges for those looking to take their workout up a notch.
