Exercise is such an important part of life, and at Pure Barre, you can take part in a group exercise routine that is exciting and fulfilling. Our studio in Toronto, Ontario, CA, is located in the heart of the West Queen West neighborhood, west of Tecumseth on the south side of Queen St. West. Classes are offered for residents of Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville and Hamilton.
Pure Barre's technique is easy to understand and adapt to. Our classes always commence with a group warm-up to prepare for the workout ahead. Next, you'll tackle arm exercises with weights. This is followed by taking on the barre itself. On the ballet barre, we work our thighs, hips and leg muscles. Then, we do seat work, abdominal exercises and a final cooldown.
Our trainers are dedicated individuals who will do everything they can to help you on your fitness journey. Our friendly and experienced trainers offer specialty classes, such as Breaking Down the Barre and Intensives.
