Pure Barre classes start with a light warm-up routine to get the muscles loose, and then we begin exercises on the barre. Exercises start with thighs and seat work and are followed by ab work and a cool-down session. No one likes a predictable workout, so we constantly change the exercises and music to ensure that no two Pure Barre classes are ever quite the same!
Every class at Pure Barre is taught by an energetic teacher who will motivate and challenge you. We offer the Pure Foundations class for beginners, which teaches Pure Barre techniques to new clients. We also offer the Pure Barre Classic, which is a full-body workout that helps sculpt and tone the hardest muscle groups.
