Our Pure Barre workout center is located in Cranston, Rhode Island. We work hard to provide people like you with the kind of exercise you need to get healthy. To find us, go down to Garden City and look across the road at Chapel View. We offer the perfect spot for everyone from busy moms and professionals to students and retirees to enjoy a low-impact workout that offers true results.
While following the same format and tempo, the normal Pure Barre workout routine changes a little bit every day to provide you with an engaging experience. You start with a warmup on the floor. Then, you stand up and lift weights to work your arms. After this, you move down to the barre to exercise your legs, thighs, and seat. Before class ends with a group cooldown, we also incorporate exercise to work the core muscles.
Staying on track with Pure Barre has never been easier because our classes are led by workout specialists. Each has been trained to streamline your workout routine to keep you focused and motivated. They are also committed to creating a supportive environment that you'll want to come back to again and again. When you're ready to turn things up a notch, we offer Pure Empower classes to build strength and elevate your heart rate.
