At our studio in Spartanburg, SC, which you'll find in the Converse Plaza, we offer a variety of Pure Barre exercise classes. We welcome students, moms, professionals and others from throughout the area to challenge themselves and support one another as we achieve better fitness together.
Pure Barre is a fast and effective way get in shape. Our exercise method focuses your mind as it works your body, and you'll shed stress and find peace similar to doing yoga and meditation. Classes begin with a warm-up period involving light weights and other activities. You'll then use the barre to target your hips, thighs and other key areas. The music and exercises are always changing, so while the flow remains the same, the program will continue to excite and challenge you.
You'll never go it alone because you'll have fellow classmates as well as experienced trainers to motivate you throughout each class. These trainers lead Pure Barre Platform and Pure Foundations classes as well as Pure Barre Classic. They'll coach you on an individual basis and as part of the group.
