There is no judging in the studio if you can’t do something, only encouragement and praise. I have met so many wonderful people since I have started taking classes 2.5 years ago!
I love the Pure Barre community, the results and the fact that I get out of bed at 5:20 AM to go work out and never feel like it's a chore!
I love sense of community that comes with a Pure Barre membership. I feel like I'm getting a work out with a personal trainer every time I take a class, but love I don't have to work out alone!
My advice to someone who is new to Pure Barre is to not doubt yourself. Jump in sticky socks first and go for it! You will be so amazed at how quickly your body changes and adapts.
I quickly found that Pure Barre was a complete workout that I couldn’t wait to go back to day after day. With the addition of the Platform class, my Pure Barre studio offers everything I need in my workout.
I have seen improvements in my strength and I believe Pure Barre is the reason I am a strong person physically and emotionally.
My best advice is to not see Pure Barre as just a workout, see it as a community of motivated ladies (and gentlemen). For the first time in my life, I will feel confident enough to wear a bikini this summer!

I love that it's a physical workout but anyone can do it, regardless of age or activity level or body type. Most importantly, it's 55 minutes to myself, where I can focus only on me and know that I'm starting my day on a positive note.
