Training & Technique Content Manager

Denver, CO

Pure Barre is seeking a full‐time Training & Technique Content Manager reporting directly to the Director of Training & Quality Assurance. In this key role, you will:

  • Develop Pure Barre teacher training & technique related content
  • Create content for the Pure Barre continuing education program
  • Participate in testing of Pure Barre programming developments and evaluate for creativity, effectiveness & Pure Barre style in conjunction with the Director of Training
  • Manage process of ongoing technique related content deliverables for Pure Barre studios
  • Help drive positioning and general direction of Pure Barre technique and future programming
  • The preferred candidate will be able to bring an exercise science background skill set to the development of the Pure Barre technique and teacher training program
Candidates must have:
  • A bachelor’s Degree, preferably in exercise science, sports medicine, human anatomy, kinesiology, or physiology related field
  • Certified Pure Barre teacher with at least two years of teaching experience
  • Demonstrated portfolio of creative endeavors
  • Experience creating movement choreography for dance or exercise
  • Ability to lead with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Ability to collect data, analyze results, set priorities, organize initiatives and follow through to successful completion
  • Ability to multi‐task and stay flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality of work
  • Commitment to company values, culture and leadership style
  • MS Office and Apple software knowledge required
  • Plus: Ability to quickly learn software programs
