Build strength, endurance, and confidence with Pure Barre! Our group exercise classes are effective and efficient, and are centered around muscle development. Our studio in Franklin, Tennessee invites those from all over the area including Cool Springs, Brentwood, Grassland, Downtown Franklin, Thompson Station, and Spring Hill to experience an intense but low impact workout.
Our workouts incorporate aspects of ballet conditioning, pilates, and light weight work to challenge you. Each class begins with a few warmups, to focus your mind and prepare your body before transitioning into body weight resistance exercises at the ballet barre. Our workouts will sculpt and tighten your core, arms, thighs, and seat. We always end each class with a cooldown and stretches to ensure long and lean muscles. You will leave our workouts feeling energized and motivated.
Throughout each class, you will be challenged and encouraged by one of our Pure Barre teachers. They are passionate about helping you succeed on your fitness journey, and will provide you with guidance and tips on our techniques and form. The atmosphere is fun and positive
