If you’re looking to build muscle and tone your body, come and try Pure Barre. Our studio in Germantown, TN offers high-intensity, low-impact group workouts in a fun, and safe atmosphere. We are conveniently located across the street from the new Whole Foods and at the intersection of Exeter and Poplar. Our facility is conveniently located for people in Memphis, Collierville, and East Memphis.

Simply put, Pure Barre is a group exercise class that focuses on flexibility and muscle development. Through our isometric exercises and body weight resistance, you will be able to target and sculpt your arms, core, thighs, and seat. Throughout your workout, upbeat music will motivate you to keep pushing yourself. Although the structure of each class is the same, our exercises change frequently so that you will always have a new workout.

Our Pure Barre teachers will encourage and lead you through each workout. They will guide you through any questions you may have on our technique and form, and provide a comfortable and positive environment. At our studio, we also offer classes that introduce our movements in a small group setting for beginners to gain confidence. For our members wanting to add cross-training to their workout, we offer a cardio-intense class that will elevate your heart rate.
