Check out our Pure Barre studio in Dallas, TX. We're located in downtown University Park at the corner of Greenville Avenue and Southwestern, right off U.S. Route 75. Our full-body fitness classes are perfect for students, parents, and 9-to-5 workers.
The Pure Barre workout is centered around the use of the ballet barre. You'll begin with a warm up in the center of the room, followed by a series of arm exercises with light weights to tone and tighten your arm muscles. After the arm exercises, we'll hit the barre to work on the thighs and seat using isolation exercises. Following the seat work, we'll do abdominal work and a group cooldown. Every Pure Barre workout follows the same structure, but an ever-changing roster of music and moves means you'll never have the same class twice!
Your Pure Barre instructor is there to lead the class and keep everyone challenged and motivated. Our instructors will be available before and after every class to answer your questions. Pure Barre classes are safe and effective and one of the best ways to get fit.
