Pure Barre focuses on muscle development by incorporating aspects of ballet conditioning, pilates, and light weight work at the ballet barre. We begin each class with a few warmups to prepare your muscles and focus your mind. We then transition into exercises that strengthen and tone your core, arms, thighs, and seat by isolating and targeting these muscle groups through body weight resistance. Class is always ended with a cooldown and stretching to promote long and lean muscles. Although the structure of the class stays the same, our exercises and upbeat music frequently change so that your workout is always refreshing and new.
Each of our Pure Barre classes are led by one of our fun and positive teachers. They will challenge you to push yourself to get the best possible workout. They provide guidance on our technique and form, and are genuinely passionate about the success of your fitness journey.
