Our workouts follow a consistent pattern, beginning with stretches and leading into weightlifting. A majority of the workout takes place at the ballet barre. You will perform different exercises during each session, and these exercises work your seat, hips, thighs, and calves. We progress with some abdominal exercises and a brief cooldown. We'll switch up the tunes from one session to the next and ensure that the music is upbeat to motivate you throughout the workout.
The instructors at this studio offer gentle motivation and guidance. We'll aim to help you gain confidence in your body. The instructors will help you achieve the right form and posture, ensuring that you get the most out of your time with us.
