At each Pure Barre class, you will lift, tone, and burn your muscles for development. Our classes incorporate aspects of Pilates, light weight work, and ballet conditioning to sculpt your arms, thighs, seat, and core. These workouts are intense, but are low impact to protect your joints. Every class is paired with fun, upbeat music that frequently changes, and creates a positive and uplifting environment.
One of our Pure Barre teachers will coach and lead you through each class. They will challenge you to push yourself, to ensure you get the best workout possible.
