Pure Barre Uptown in Dallas, TX, is your address for low-impact, total-body workouts in a friendly and supportive environment. Our beautiful, well-maintained studio is located at 3700 McKinney Avenue, Suite 130, in West Village, which is off U.S. Route 75. We cater to people of all fitness levels who are ready to reshape their bodies, relax their minds, and transform their lives.

Pure Barre classes follow a prescribed format that burns calories and develops lean muscle without damaging your joints. Classes begin in the center with a light warmup and arm exercises. Participants then shift to the ballet barre for a series of barre-assisted exercises that target the leg, hip, and seat muscles. To round off your workout, class continues with abdominal exercises and a relaxing cooldown. The Pure Barre method utilizes small and repetitive isometric movements to build strength. Our workouts are low in impact, which prevents unnecessary wear and tear on your joints. The basic Pure Barre format doesn't change, but our instructors are forever changing the music and moves, so our clients have to stay on their toes!
