At Pure Barre, our workouts take place in supportive yet challenging group classes that are based on ballet techniques and that can improve your body and maximize your fitness. The classes begin with a central warm up before proceeding to light weight exercises intended to strengthen your arms. We'll then move over to the barre for a workout for your thighs and seat area that's designed to promote maximum strength and toning. Next, we'll work together on ab and core exercises before cooling down.
