I love that even after 9 months of classes, I am still challenged and classes are never boring! Now matter how stressful my day is, during the 55 minutes of class I can set everything aside and focus on myself.

Being an athlete my whole life, I have trained in a multitude of ways: cross training, weight lifting, long distance running, and yoga, but I have never seen results as drastically and as quickly as I have with Pure Barre.
