Pure Barre is a full-body experience that creates lean, sculpted muscles. We start with a warm up in the center of the room and then move on to arm exercises. Light weights are optional but encouraged. After the arm work, we'll then move to the barre for a series of isometric exercises that will work both the large and small muscles of your thighs and seat. We'll then work those abs and finish with a cooldown. The flow of class always follows the same pattern, but the exercises we do and the music we move to are always changing.
