Pure Barre in Tampa, FL, is ready to help you take away the worries of the world through our high-intensity, low-impact exercises. We will help you to tighten and tone your body and help you achieve overall health. Find our location by looking for the Best Buy shopping center that's just past the Interstate 4 exit on Bruce B Downs. You’ll find yourself wanting to come back for more!

You’ll walk into our warm and inviting studio and see our room is lined with mirrors and ballet barres. We incorporate aspects of ballet conditioning, light weight work, and different cross-training exercises to develop your muscles. We use isometric exercises to lengthen and strengthen the thighs, abs, seat, and core. We have a fun variety of music that frequently changes, so you are motivated throughout the entire class.

Our Pure Barre teachers will lead you through your workouts. Our teachers are dedicated to helping you have the safest and most effective exercises. They can also provide you with modifications of each exercise for those with injuries to still get a great workout. Our class schedules are always available online or through our app with the corresponding instructors assigned to each class.

Everyone is welcome at Pure Barre. It doesn't matter if you're in shape or trying to get there. Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym or have spent many hours getting an extreme workout, you will benefit from an increase in strength, endurance, and flexibility.
