Our isometric exercises combine elements of ballet conditioning, pilates, and light weight work while using the ballet barre. You will be able to isolate muscle groups such as arms, core, thighs, and seat. Throughout your workout, upbeat music will motivate you to keep challenging yourself. Although the structure of each class is the same, our exercises change frequently so that you will always have a new workout.
Our Pure Barre teachers will encourage and challenge you throughout each class. They provide a fun and warm atmosphere while guiding you through tips on technique and form. At our studio we also offer classes that introduce our movements in a small group setting for beginners to gain confidence. For our members wanting to add cross-training to their workout, we offer a cardio-intense class that will elevate your heart rate.
