Frida
Frida took her first Pure Barre class in 2016 in her hometown of El Paso, TX. When she moved to Illinois, she instantly knew she wanted to grow her passion for the workout and went to training to become an instructor in 2017. Frida is certified to teach Classic, Empower and Reform. Her favorite class to teach and take is Empower. "Nothing beats the final push of class when you see clients push their limits and finish off stronger than they started."
