Our downtown Chicago Pure Barre Bucktown location is perfect for those working in the city. Situated on West North Avenue (Route 64) in between Ashland Avenue and North Damen Avenue, our facility is easily accessible to those living in West Loop, Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, South Loop and Lakeview. Our proprietary workout works to lengthen your body. The low-impact workout uses controlled movements that raise your core temperature and heart rate while strengthening and lengthening the muscles. You'll be able to shut off the outside world as you concentrate on the next sculpting movement. You'll leave mentally and physically refreshed after working your arms, legs and core in that order.
This is no high-intensity interval training, so don't expect rock music and screaming. You'll be treated to a calm, understanding and helpful trainer who will gently guide you through the routine. The class sizes are small, so you'll get plenty of attention. Our trainers will motivate you to get through the shake of muscle fatigue while training you to have proper form.
