Michelle first found Pure Barre in 2016 during her junior year of college and fell in love after her first class. Michelle loves Pure Barre because it gives her 50 minutes of me-time to enjoy mindful movement. Define (and formerly Reform) is her favorite class because the resistance challenges your muscles like no other and leaves you feeling so strong afterwards.She became a teacher September 2019 and she is trained in all formats! Fun Fact: She can speak four languages.
