Whether you want to get stronger, increase your flexibility or lose weight, our Pure Barre studio in Cary's Crescent Commons is here to help. Our studio serves parents, working professionals, students and others who live or work in Cary, NC, and nearby Raleigh. Our studio is well-appointed with private changing areas, ample lighting and plenty of parking. We are easy to find and located across from Wake Med Hospital.
The flow of our classes is the same, but the moves and music change from one week to the next. We start out with stretches to invigorate your muscles. We then take you through arm exercises to work your shoulders, upper back, and arms. The barre is where most of the action takes place. There, we do exercises to work your rear end and thighs. Abdominal exercises are performed in the center of the studio, followed by a few more stretches.
Our instructors aim to help you set and meet fitness goals. If you are new to our fitness experience, the trainers will guide you through each move and help you with posture. The trainers have set up a supportive community of men and women who want to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle with lots of friendly support.
