Hey there! My name is Catherine, and I’m an instructor at Cary Crescent Commons. My Pure Barre journey began as a client at the beginning of 2014, and I was immediately hooked! When you find an incredibly effective technique with awesome energy, music, and community vibes, how could you not be?! I began teaching classes in 2016 & being able to share the PB love with others has been a blast. It has brought me many friends, kept me on my toes (literally & figuratively) through two pregnancies, and helped me bounce back after having my sweet boys. Hope to see you at the barre soon!
