Our Pure Barre studio in Raleigh, NC, offers full-body workouts that are ideal for building strength and flexibility. We are located near Lulu and offer classes for people in the surrounding suburbs of Five Points, Cameron Park, Northridge and Preston. At Pure Barre, we incorporate the ballet barre in our workouts to build muscle and sculpt your body. We begin each class with a few warmups so that your mind is focused and your body is loose. We then move into isometric exercises that will target specific muscles. You will be working through resistance and body weight exercises to tone your arms, core, thighs, and seat. Our workouts are high-intensity, but low-impact to protect your joints. The upbeat music and exercises change each class, so no two workouts are the same.
The Pure Barre teachers are dedicated to making your experience motivating. They will encourage you to do your best to reach your full potential. They offer guidance on techniques and provide a supportive community. Our studio also offers classes such as Breaking Down the Barre and Pure Barre Foundations for those new to Pure Barre to learn our techniques.
