At our Pure Barre studio in Raleigh, NC, we emphasize a workout that includes both mental and physical benefits. We are located near Lulu and offer classes for people in the surrounding suburbs of Five Points, Cameron Park, Northridge and Preston.
We always begin our classes by warming up as a group so that everyone in the class can loosen their muscles. Then, we do some arm exercises with weights, work on thighs on the ballet barre and work on our seats. Then, it's time for abdominal exercises before a final, relaxing cool-down routine. Each step of the workout follows a logical progression and aims for you to feel rejuvenated when it's all over.
The people of Pure Barre are what make it so special. In addition to your great classmates, you'll have wonderful instructors. The trainers here emphasize a supportive atmosphere where no one feels left behind. We also have specialty classes such as Intensives and Platform sessions to burn fat and strengthen your muscles.
