Hey there, I’m Lydia! With a background in dance, Pure Barre was a natural choice. I started teaching in CT before moving to town in 2021 and the first thing I did when I got here was find a PB studio - Raleigh and Cary Crescent Commons did not disappoint! I love how motivating and empowering the PB community is, and I just want to make sure that everyone that steps through the double doors feels the same. When I’m not on the mic or WFH, I can usually be found with my husband spoiling our 3 cats, cooking, or browsing Sephora (but seriously, if you have a skincare fridge too, let’s chat)
