To help you build muscle, tighten trouble spots, or increase confidence, our Pure Barre location in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, offers effective and efficient fitness sessions. Our location is clean and modern and features a great community of supportive people. The studio is easy to get to and located at the Shelter Cove Towne Centre. People vacationing, living, or working in the area come to us for great workouts. We also serve the fitness needs of the residents of nearby Bluffton and Beaufort.
During our classes, you will stretch and tone all of the muscles in your body. We begin with warm-up stretches that are followed by weightlifting. Most of the action takes place at the ballet barre. You will do small movements that yield big results to your hips, thighs, and seat. Back in the center of the studio, you will do some abdominal exercises and finish with more stretches. While we keep the overall routine the same, the music and individual exercises change from one visit to the next.
Our instructors will help you set goals, build confidence, and become fitter. They'll offer customized tips and plenty of inspiration. Our trainers will make your workout a way to escape from worries and enjoy a supportive community. In addition to our classic classes, we offer Pure Foundations for beginners and Platform for more intense cardiovascular training.
No athletic skills are required in our classes. If you are an athlete, our fast pace and intensity will be invigorating. Beginners and intermediates benefit from the rapid, full-body results of our workouts.
