I was born and raised in Massachusetts where I graduated from Stonehill College & worked in healthcare there before moving to Virginia. I became a fitness professional in addition to my career in laboratory science. My parents moved to Hilton Head Island in the 80’s. I fell in love with the Lowcountry & purchased a second home here. I went to my first Pure Barre class when the HHI studio first opened & have been attending ever since! I realized that I wanted to be an instructor and share my passion for Pure Barre. I reside with my husband and two Australian shepherds and enjoy tennis, biking, kayaking & the beach!
