I started consistently taking barre back in December 2016 as I was looking to get back in shape after having my first baby. I love the mind body connection and I was immediately hooked! Every class offer some variety and I loved how the class was musically driven. I felt like Pure Barre was a workout I could commit to and as it turns out, it was! Within six months of joining, I became a teacher and have enjoyed teaching and continuing to take classes. I love teaching because of the mood and energy you can set. I love empowering clients to be the best versions of themselves. Barre is physically great, but also great for your mental health. I enjoy creating a welcome and safe environment for anyone who walks in the door. I continue to find joy in taking classes and I love the feeling of pushing myself to put my best foot forward. My favorite class to take and teach is Empower! I work full time as a Mental Health Counselor and I teach dance as well. I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, going on adventures with friends, and traveling. I enjoy sporting events and concerts and look forward to going to more in the near future.
